- 4-6 oz of Mexican style Chorizo

- 15-18 oz of mozzarella cheese (preferable organic)
- 2-3 standard sized mushrooms (preferably organic)
- Rice Bran Oil:
rice bran oil


Add 1⁄2 teaspoon of Rice Bran Oil to a medium saucepan, then add & cook the pork chorizo over medium heat, until rendered. Turn off heat.

In a different saucepan, add 1⁄2 teaspoon of Rice Bran oil; then, over medium heat add chopped mushrooms and sautéed them.

Add mozzarella cheese to the medium saucepan, and turn on to medium heat, until cheese melts. Add mushrooms on top off cheese and serve as desired.
