- 1 medium sized banana (preferably: organic and frozen).

- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

- 1 teaspoon of Royal Jelly

- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (cold)

- 1 scoop of protein powder.

- 5 raw walnuts (organic preferred)

- 5 raw almonds (organic preferred)

- 5 raw macadamia nuts (organic preferred)

- ¼ cup of ice


Mix all ingredients in blender. Serve as desired.
