- 12 raw almonds (preferably organic).

- 1 granny smith apple, peeled.

- 1 scoop of protein powder.

- ½ peeled banana (preferably organic and frozen).

- ½ teaspoon of Royal Jelly honey

- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

- ½ cup of ice


Mix all ingredients in blender. Serve as desired.
