- ½ cup of kale leaves

- ½ cup of fresh spinach

- ¼ ripe avocado

- ½ scoop of broccoli powder:

- 1 kiwi, peeled

- ½ Granny Smith apple (preferably organic)

- 2 cups of coconut water

- 1/3 cup of ice


Mix all ingredients in blender. Serve as desired.

Coconut water: low calorie drink, contains antioxidants that help to neutralize oxidative stress and free radicals created by exercise/work out.
