Forcing your body to stay up late?

The human body was perfectly designed to be in synch with nature. Our body produces a hormone called Melatonin which is produced in the brain and is responsible for regulating sleep cycles. Melatonin is considered to be the body’s pacemaker.

The amount of melatonin your brain will produce is subject to the amount of light that is going into your eyes! God thought about every detail!

If there is NO real purpose to be up late at night, it’s better to let your body naturally relax at night and enjoy 7-9 hours of sleep.

“Sleep is that golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.” Thomas Dekker
