Are you getting your sleep quota every day?

According to National Center for Health Statistics, 50–70 million Americans suffer from sleep disorders or deprivation. During the sleeping process, your immune system recharges, old cells are being replaced, body repairs itself.

Minimum 7 hours per day of sleep is suggested for adults…normal range:  7-9 hours. Some folks are proud to say they only need 5 sleep hours per day…health is at risk when your body doesn’t get enough rest.
