What about Green Tea?

If you love green tea, you may already know this, but it is believed that Green Tea has very potent antioxidants, hundreds of times more powerful than Vitamin E and Vitamin C.

Because of its antioxidants (polyphenols), it helps fight cancer. Green tea contains L-theanine which has an anti-anxiety effect.

Even with the good benefits that Green Tea offers, have maximum 2-3 cups of organic green tea per day. Your green tea consumption does NOT count towards your daily water consumption amount.
