Water…solution that fits all!
How much water should you drink every day? Not so easy to answer as it varies depending on how active you are; where you live and your health conditions.
A reasonable goal is: eight (8 oz each) servings per day (NOT eight cups), but more water intake will be needed if you:
- Live in a warm climate
- Drink more than 2 cups of coffee or drink alcoholic beverages
- Air travel during the day
If you wait until you are thirsty, you are most likely already dehydrated?!
