Is drinking fluids while eating, a bad practice?
If you drink too much fluids with a meal can affect you’re your digestion system. The fluids dilute the digestive juices (i.e. hydrochloric acid ) which are used to break down food and as a consequence your body may not absorb all nutrients properly.
Doctor’s recommendation is to have one glass of water (max 8 oz) twenty to thirty minutes before any meal…and while enjoying your food, just have one cup (4 oz max) only.
