Each person’s water consumption calculation:
Ever wonder if you are drinking the right amount of water your body needs each day? There are many formulas out there that calculate the correct amount of daily water intake…some are easy to follow, others are a bit more complicated. Here is a simple one that has worked just fine for me.
Take your weight in pounds and divide it by 1.8. The result is the number of ounces of water you should drink every day.
150 lbs total weight ÷ 1.8 = 83 ounces of water per day!
