Can’t get through your day without your coffee?

Good news. Numerous times I have heard that coffee is not good for your health, bad for your brain and can be addictive! Here are a few studies that prove otherwise.

  1. Increased coffee consumption may reduce risk of type 2 diabetes
  2. May help control movement in people suffering from  Parkinson’s
  3. Top antioxidant source in the US.
  4. Drinking coffee has been linked to lower rates of: Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, Type II diabetes, colon cancer and heart disease

Like everything else when it comes to food; drink coffee in moderation…keep in mind that coffee does NOT counts towards your daily water consumption amount.
